Season the steak with salt and pepper on both sides
Heat oil in a pan over high heat and cook 3 minutes per side for a total of 6 minutes, then let rest
Break the cup ramen noodles into a zip-lock bag, add the soup packet and water, and let it soak until cooked
Separate the white and green parts of the green onion
In the pan used for resting the steak, stir-fry the white part of the green onion first, then add egg, instant rice, and ramen in order
Pack the fried rice tightly into the cup ramen mold and flip it onto a plate for presentation
Slice the rested steak into bite-sized pieces and place alongside
Top with egg yolk, trout roe, and chopped green onion greens to finish
