Steps

  1. Crack 4 eggs into a bowl, strain through a sieve to remove the egg chalaza.

  2. Finely chop the chives and carrot.

  3. Add chives, carrot, fish sauce 1T, mirin 1T, seasoned salt 1/4T, and sesame oil 0.5T to the egg mixture and mix well.

  4. Add 200ml water and 1 sheet of dried kelp to the clay pot and bring to a boil, then remove the kelp immediately once boiling.

  5. Pour in the prepared egg mixture, reduce to medium heat, and stir for 1 minute.

  6. Reduce to low heat, cover with a lid, and wait 5 minutes until the steamed eggs are beautifully set.
