Cut king oyster mushrooms, bell pepper, and onion into large pieces
In a bowl, combine oyster sauce 1T, dark soy sauce 2T, minced garlic 1T, mirin 2T, and ground black pepper 0.5T to make the sauce
Heat cooking oil 2T in a pan, add king oyster mushrooms and fine salt 1 pinch and stir-fry
Add onion, bell pepper, and sauce and stir-fry quickly over high heat
Turn off heat and sprinkle sesame seeds
