Pat the pork jowl dry with a paper towel and sprinkle with salt.
Sear the pork jowl in a pan until golden brown, then add whole peppercorns, minced garlic, and peperoncino and stir-fry. Add the eggs at the end, cook through, and set aside.
In the same pan, add water, the coin broth cube, and linguine, and boil for 9 minutes.
Combine all the cooked ingredients with the boiled noodles, toss together, plate, and top with green onion.
