Boil the noodles, rinse in cold water, and set aside
Heat olive oil in a pan, sauté the green onion and minced garlic until fragrant, then add cabbage, carrot, mushrooms, and bok choy in order and stir-fry over medium heat
Add 1.5 Ts of red pepper flakes and stir well to combine, then add 1 Ts tamari soy sauce and 4–5 Ts water and stir-fry until slightly reduced
Grate the coin broth tablet over the stir-fried vegetables
Add the prepared noodles and stir-fry while mixing well with the sauce, then finish with sesame oil
