Mix Matdasi, mirin, sugar, cheongju, MSG, and minced garlic to make the marinade.
Clean the baby octopus and blanch in boiling water for 10 seconds.
Cut the blanched octopus into bite-sized pieces and prepare the vegetables.
Heat oil in a pan, cook the pork belly on one side over high heat, and cut into bite-sized pieces.
Add the marinade, octopus, onion, green onion, and cheongyang chili and stir-fry for 3 minutes.
Add perilla leaves, toss to combine, and it's done.
