Boil 12 eggs in plenty of water with 1T coarse salt, cooking for 8 minutes from the point of boiling
Submerge the boiled eggs in cold water to cool, then peel them
Finely chop the onion, cheongyang chili peppers, garlic chives, and carrot
Add 200ml soy sauce and 200ml water to a pot and bring to a boil
Add 4T sugar, 4T mirin, and 2T plum extract and stir to dissolve
Place the boiled eggs, vegetables, and seasoning liquid in a container, refrigerate, and enjoy from the next day
