In a large bowl, mix crab sticks, perilla leaves, 1 cup pancake mix, 4 eggs, 1/2 cup water, 1 tbsp fine salt, black pepper, and 1 tbsp sesame oil to form a batter
Preheat a pan over low heat and add 3-4 tbsp of cooking oil
Pour in the batter and pan-fry as a whole
Delicious when dipped in ketchup or a spicy sauce
