Prepare the king oyster mushroom, onion, green onion, and cheongyang chili into bite-sized pieces.
Heat 2T cooking oil in a pan, add 1T minced garlic and green onion, and stir-fry for 1 minute.
When the aroma of green onion and garlic rises, add the king oyster mushroom and onion along with 3T soy sauce and 2T corn syrup, and stir-fry over medium heat.
When the mushrooms are fully cooked, turn off the heat, add 1T sesame oil and 0.5T black pepper, and lightly toss.
