Put water 1.5L and dried kelp 1 sheet in a pot and bring to a boil.
Prepare the green onion and cheongyang chili pepper, and get 2 cups of fermented kimchi ready.
When the stock boils, remove the kelp, then add kimchi and minced garlic 1T and boil for 5 minutes.
Add bean sprouts, salted fermented shrimp 0.5T, soup soy sauce 1T, green onion, and cheongyang chili pepper and boil for 5–10 minutes.
Adjust seasoning with salt if needed.
