Add 1L water and 1 broth dashi pack to a pot and simmer for 10 minutes to make broth.
While making the broth, beat 3 eggs, slice the green onion, roughly tear the enoki mushrooms, and shred the imitation crab sticks.
Remove the dashi pack and add imitation crab sticks, enoki mushrooms, and 1T tuna fish sauce.
Mix 2T potato starch with 6T water to make a starch slurry and add it to the pot. Then add 0.5T salt, the beaten egg mixture, and green onion. Add pepper, chili oil, and sesame oil when serving for extra flavor.
