Blanch tteokbokki rice cakes in warm water for 1 minute to soften, then toss with 1Ts cooking oil to prevent sticking
In a mixing bowl, combine green onion, tteokbokki rice cakes, fine red pepper powder, dark soy sauce, brown sugar, and 3Ts cooking oil
Heat 1Ts cooking oil in a frying pan and stir-fry dried shrimp to draw out their aroma
Add all the seasoned ingredients from the mixing bowl and stir-fry for 5 minutes until the green onion wilts, then add fish sauce and toss
Top with minced green onion (green part) and toasted sesame seeds to finish
