Rinse the dumplings and rice cakes with water, then soak them in water to thaw.
Add 15 dried anchovies and 2 sheets of dried kelp to 2L of water, bring to a boil, remove the kelp, and continue boiling the anchovies for 10 more minutes.
While waiting, julienne the zucchini and carrot, and thinly slice the green onion.
Remove the anchovies from the broth, add the dumplings first, and cook for 2 minutes.
Add the rice cakes, julienned zucchini, julienned carrot, 3T of soup soy sauce, and 1T of tuna broth concentrate, and cook for 5 more minutes.
Taste and season with salt as needed. Add 1T of sesame oil and stir in 2 beaten eggs.
