Prepare pork ribs and soak in cold water for 30 minutes to drain blood
Boil 2L of water with ginger, bay leaves, whole peppercorns, and cola, blanch pork ribs for 3 minutes, then rinse with cold water to remove impurities
Score the cleaned ribs with knife cuts
In a pot, add water, dark soy sauce, sugar, corn syrup, pear drink, and white part of scallion and bring to a boil
Add ribs and boil for 20 minutes over medium heat
Add radish, carrot, minced ginger, and minced garlic and boil for 10 more minutes
Add mushrooms, onion, cheongyang chili, red pepper powder, and red pepper seed powder in order and boil for 5 minutes
Finish by adding sesame oil, pepper, and scallion on top
