Slice the green onion into small rounds, and finely chop the onion and kimchi.
Place the pan over low heat, add cooking oil 3T, and stir-fry the green onion and onion until golden.
Add the kimchi along with sugar 1T, dark soy sauce 1T, and red pepper powder 0.5T and stir-fry.
When the kimchi turns translucent, add the instant rice and stir-fry over low heat.
When the rice grains become fluffy, drizzle sesame oil 0.5T and transfer to a plate.
In the remaining pan, scramble 2 eggs and place them on top as a topping.
