Thickly slice the onion, thinly slice the green onion, and slice the tofu.
Dry-toast the anchovies in a pan for 1 minute.
Make the sauce in a bowl and mix in the green onion and anchovies.
Heat cooking oil in a pan, sauté the onion, then place the tofu on top and pan-fry.
Spoon the sauce over the tofu and spread it well.
Once the bottom of the tofu is slightly browned, add just enough water to barely cover it.
Cover and simmer over medium heat for 5 minutes.
Turn off the heat and drizzle with sesame oil and sprinkle sesame seeds.
