Wash bean sprouts 2-3 times in cold water
Julienne the radish into 0.7cm thick strips
Add dried anchovies and kelp to 3L water and boil for 10 minutes, then remove them
Add julienned radish to 1/3 of the broth and simmer for 3 minutes
Add the remaining broth, 3 tbsp tuna sauce, and bean sprouts, then bring to a boil
Once bean sprouts are cooked, taste and adjust seasoning with sea salt
