Peel the radish using a vegetable peeler and wash it.
Use a mandoline grater to shred the radish into thin strips.
In a bowl, add sea salt 1/2 cup and water 1.5L, then put the radish strips in and brine for 15 minutes.
Drain the brined radish strips in a colander.
Add regular red pepper powder 3T to the radish strips and toss for the first time.
Add sugar 3T, vinegar 3T, ginger powder 0.5T, minced garlic 1T, anchovy sauce 2T, and MSG 0.5T and mix gently.
Add regular red pepper powder 4T and fine red pepper powder 3T more and give it a final toss.
