Soak the farro in still water for 30 minutes.
Add the soaked farro and water to a pot and cook over medium heat for 10-12 minutes.
Trim the avocado and lightly sear it in a frying pan to bring out the smoky flavor.
Cut the vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
Blanch the cauliflower and broccoli in salted boiling water for 1 minute, then cool in cold water and drain.
Halve the lobster tails, cook in the vegetable blanching water for 3 minutes, remove the meat, and cut into bite-sized pieces.
Combine farro, cauliflower, broccoli, lobster, radish, sun-dried tomatoes, lime zest and juice, avocado, and basil in a mixing bowl, toss together, and season with salt and pepper.
