Remove the fat from the pork jowl, score it, and marinate in ssamjang sauce.
Remove the top rind from the camembert cheese and prepare the garlic.
Roll out the puff pastry thinly with a rolling pin, add garlic and pork jowl, and roll it up.
Brush the rolled puff pastry with egg yolk and sprinkle with black pepper and salt.
Place additional pork jowl on the side and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 25 minutes until golden.
