Wash the white rice clean, soak in water for 30 minutes, then drain in a strainer.
Soak the porcini mushrooms in 1 cup of drinking water.
Heat avocado oil in a pan and sear the hanwoo beef patties on both sides until golden.
Mix ssamjang, dark soy sauce, mirin, and sugar to prepare the sauce.
In the same pan used for the patties, add the white parts of the green onion, rice, and porcini mushrooms, stir-fry briefly, then pour in the combined porcini soaking water and ox bone broth coin.
Place the seared patties and sauce on top, cook on low heat for 15 minutes, then add unsalted butter and chopped green onion, cover and steam for 10 minutes.
Add furikake, mix lightly, plate and serve.
