Julienne the radish.
In a bowl, combine the julienned radish with 0.5T fine salt and toss to mix, then let it sit for 10 minutes.
Add the salted radish and all the liquid into a pan. Cover and steam on medium heat for 3 minutes. Remove the lid and stir-fry for 3 more minutes.
Add 3T perilla oil and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
Spread out the cooked radish namul and let it cool slightly.
