Prepare the tofu, onion, and green onion
Remove the guts from dried anchovies and dry-roast in a pan for 1 minute
In a bowl, combine green onion, roasted anchovies, 4 tbsp red pepper powder, 4 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp corn syrup, 1 tbsp plum extract, 1 tbsp mirin, 0.5 tbsp sugar, 0.5 tbsp pepper, 1 tbsp minced garlic to make the sauce
Heat 1 tbsp cooking oil in a pan, stir-fry onion, then add and pan-fry the tofu
Pour the prepared sauce over the tofu
Add water to just cover the tofu, close the lid, and simmer over medium heat for 5 minutes
Turn off heat and drizzle sesame oil and sprinkle sesame seeds
