Boil glass noodles for 8 minutes and rinse in cold water; cut green onion and enoki mushrooms into bite-sized pieces
Heat grapeseed oil and stir-fry green onion, enoki mushrooms, and minced garlic in that order
Add boiled noodles along with dark soy sauce, sugar, starch syrup, oyster sauce, and sesame oil and reduce by half
Plate the noodles and top with the steak, sesame salt, and minced green onion to serve
