Cut the green onion in half lengthwise then into 5cm pieces, and thickly slice the onion.
Beat the eggs well in a bowl.
In a pan, add 2T cooking oil, 1T minced garlic, green onion, onion, and 2T red pepper powder, then saute.
Add 1L water and 2T tuna sauce, then bring to a boil.
Once boiling, add the beaten eggs and simmer over medium-low heat until the eggs are cooked.
Season with fine salt and black pepper to finish.
