Cut the radish 3cm thick and quarter each piece.
Remove the heads and innards from the anchovies and trim the oyster and shiitake mushrooms.
Add the radish, 800ml water, 8T dark soy sauce, 2T mirin, anchovy pack, and shiitake mushrooms to a pot, and boil for 20 minutes from the point it starts boiling.
Remove the anchovy pack, add 1T red pepper powder, 2T corn syrup, 1T minced garlic, 1/4T minced ginger, and oyster mushrooms, braise until reduced, then drizzle 1T perilla oil at the end.
