Cut the lime in half and set the zest aside.
Add butter to a pan and cook the lime until golden, then set aside. In the same pan, sauté minced garlic, add breadcrumbs and toast until golden, then mix in lime zest to finish the garlic crumble.
Prep the green onion, peeled garlic, spinach, and salmon; season the salmon with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a pan and sear the salmon on both sides, then set aside.
In the same pan, sauté garlic, green onion, capers, and crushed pepper in order until fragrant.
Add linguine, water, and coin stock and cook the pasta.
Add heavy cream and spinach, reduce by 1/3, then season with salt and pepper.
Plate the pasta and top with salmon, garlic crumble, grilled lime, and dill to finish.
