In a pot, combine 1L water, potatoes, soup soy sauce, anchovy sauce, tuna extract, and minced garlic, and boil for 5 minutes
When potatoes are cooked through, add enoki mushrooms, green onion, fine salt, and drizzle in the beaten egg
Finish with a drizzle of sesame oil
