Rinse the frozen dumplings once and soak them in water.
Julienne the radish, thinly slice the green onion, clean the dried anchovies, and dry-roast them in a pan until crispy.
Add the anchovies to 1.3L of water and boil for 5 minutes.
Remove the anchovies, add the julienned radish, and simmer for another 5 minutes.
Add the dumplings, 1T soup soy sauce, and 1T tuna sauce, and simmer on medium-low heat for 7 minutes.
While the dumplings cook, beat 1 egg.
Once the dumplings float to the surface, add the beaten egg, 0.5T salt, 1T sesame oil, and the green onion.
