Trim the Iberico pork neck, zucchini, onion, and oyster mushrooms. Place in a mixing bowl with the marinade ingredients (minced garlic, minced ginger, red pepper powder, dark soy sauce, sugar, corn syrup, gochujang, sesame oil, rice wine, MSG, black pepper, cheongyang chili pepper) and marinate.
Heat cooking oil in a pan and stir-fry the marinated pork over medium heat.
Once fully cooked, finish with sesame oil and sesame salt.
Serve with ssam vegetables and avocado for a delicious wrap.
