Cut the soft tofu in half and set aside
Finely chop the onion and green onion
Heat 2T cooking oil in a clay pot, then add the chopped green onion, onion, 5T ground pork, 1T minced garlic, 3T gochugaru, and 3T dark soy sauce, and stir-fry over medium heat
Add 2 cups (400ml) water, the soft tofu, and a handful of oyster mushrooms
Once boiling, add 1 egg and cook for 3 minutes
Adjust the seasoning with kosher salt and black pepper as needed
