  1. Mix fine gochugaru, dark soy sauce, tuna fish sauce, sugar, and minced garlic to make the sauce, then let it ferment for one day

  2. Boil the thin noodles according to the package instructions, then rinse in cold water followed by ice water

  3. Trim the green onions, cheongyang chili pepper, apple, and gat kimchi into bite-sized pieces

  4. In a mixing bowl, combine the noodles, white parts of green onion, flying fish roe, sauce, apple, and gat kimchi, tossing while tasting to adjust

  5. Plate and top with abalone, flying fish roe, cheongyang chili, sesame oil, sesame salt, and chopped green onion
