Melt butter and add sirloin 200g with Worcestershire sauce 3T, ketchup 3T, soy sauce 1T, sugar 1T, and water 360ml to make the sauce.
Coat the sirloin 200g (for stir-frying) with flour 5T. This is the key step.
Add cooking oil 2T, stir-fry the flour-coated sirloin, then add half an onion and a handful of carrot and stir-fry.
Add tomato paste 5T, stir-fry, then add cooked rice 2 bowls to make fried rice.
Fry 2 eggs thinly with cooking oil 1T and place on top of the fried rice.
Pour the prepared sauce over the top and it's done.
