Marinate the meat with fine salt, black pepper, soup soy sauce, and garlic for 5 minutes.
Heat 3T cooking oil in a pot, add green onion to make scallion oil, then add the marinated meat and stir-fry.
Add potato, onion, and zucchini and stir-fry once more to bring out the natural sweetness of the vegetables.
