Scrub and wash the cucumbers thoroughly.
Trim 2cm from both ends and slice into 0.3-0.5cm rounds.
Place cucumbers in a bowl, add 1T salt, toss well, and let sit for 10 minutes.
Bring 1L water with 0.5T sea salt to a rolling boil, then blanch the salted cucumbers for 20 seconds.
Quickly rinse in cold water, cool, and drain in a strainer.
In a bowl, combine the cucumbers with 0.5T seasoned salt, 2/3T sugar, 0.5T minced garlic, and 2T vinegar, then toss lightly to combine.
