Cut potato, onion, zucchini, tofu, and green onion into large pieces
In a pot, add doenjang 2T, gochujang 0.5T, red pepper flakes 2T, minced garlic 1T, mirin 1T and stir-fry over low heat for 2 minutes
Add water 600ml, anchovy coin broth 1 piece, potato, and onion; once it boils, cook over low heat for 5 minutes
Add tofu and zucchini and cook over high heat for 3 minutes
Add green onion and fine salt 1 pinch and cook for 1 more minute
