Add 1.5L of water and broth packs to a pot, bring to a boil, and simmer for 5 minutes to make broth.
Trim bean sprouts, julienne the radish, and cut tofu into bite-sized pieces.
Remove the broth packs, add the julienned radish, and cook until the radish is just tender.
Add bean sprouts, tofu, 1T tuna sauce, 1T salted shrimp brine, and 0.5T minced garlic; simmer for 5 more minutes.
Season with salt to taste and it's done.
