Wash the cucumbers under running water.
Cut off the ends of the cucumbers and cut each into 3 or 4 pieces.
Score each cucumber piece with a cross-shaped cut.
Dissolve sea salt in boiling water.
Soak the cucumbers in the brine for 30 minutes.
Lightly rinse in cold water and drain in a colander.
Prepare the chives, onion, and carrot.
Make the seasoning paste, add vegetables and a small amount of cooled brine, and mix well.
Stuff the filling inside each cucumber piece.
Leave in a shaded spot for one day, then refrigerate the next day and serve.
