Fill a large bowl with water and soybean sprouts, clean and wash them thoroughly
Add sprouts, 100ml water, and 1 sheet of kelp to a pot, cover with a lid, and cook on medium heat for 3 minutes after steam rises
Once cooked, quickly rinse several times in cold water, and slice the green onion into thin rounds
