In a bowl, combine the beef bulgogi with 6T of dark soy sauce, 2T of oyster sauce, 3T of sugar, 2T of plum extract, 2T of mirin, 2T of minced garlic, and pepper, toss to coat and marinate for 30 minutes
Cut the green onion into large pieces, slice the onion thickly, and julienne the carrot
Heat 2T of cooking oil in a pan and stir-fry the marinated beef bulgogi, onion, carrot, and green onion together
Once everything is cooked through, drizzle with 1T of sesame oil
