Trim and clean the perilla leaves
Fill a large bowl with water, dissolve 3T flour in it, and soak the perilla leaves for 5 minutes
Rinse under running water
Blanch in boiling water with 1T sea salt for 1 minute, then rinse with cold water
Squeeze out all moisture, separate the leaves in a bowl, and season with 1T minced garlic, 0.5T tuna fish sauce, 2T corn syrup, 1T perilla oil, and 1T soup soy sauce, then mix well
Heat 1T cooking oil and 1T perilla oil in a pan, stir-fry the seasoned perilla leaves for 2 minutes, then add 100ml water and 1T ground perilla seeds, cover, and simmer over low heat for 2 minutes
