Soak the pork in cold water for at least 10 minutes to remove blood.
Prepare 1 onion, 1 Asian pear, 10 whole garlic cloves, and 3 cheongyang chili peppers.
In a pressure cooker, combine 1.5L water, 3T doenjang, 3T dark soy sauce, 1T whole peppercorns, and 200ml soju; bring to a boil.
Rinse the soaked pork in cold water once, then add the pork, onion, pear, garlic, and chili peppers to the boiling broth. Close the lid. Once the pressure weight rattles, reduce to medium heat and cook for 20 minutes.
Turn off heat and let steam for 15 minutes.
