Cut the kimchi into bite-sized pieces; slice the green onion and cheongyang chili peppers into rounds, and slice the onion
In a bowl, combine the pork with 2T gochujang, 3T dark soy sauce, 2T mirin, 1T sugar, 1T minced garlic, 2T corn syrup, 2T gochugaru, and black pepper, then marinate for 10 minutes
Heat 4T cooking oil in a pan and stir-fry the kimchi thoroughly
Add the marinated pork and stir-fry until fully cooked
Add the green onion, onion, and cheongyang chili peppers and stir-fry for 3 minutes
Drizzle with 1T sesame oil to finish
