Prepare the fish cake, onion, green onion, and wrinkled peppers into bite-sized pieces.
Mix dark soy sauce 4T, red pepper flakes 3T, corn syrup 2T, mirin 2T, minced garlic 1T to make the seasoning sauce in advance.
Boil water and blanch the fish cake for 10 seconds.
Remove the fish cake, wipe the pan, add cooking oil 2T, and stir-fry the onion and green onion.
Add the blanched fish cake, wrinkled peppers, and seasoning sauce; stir-fry, then turn off the heat and add sesame oil 1T and sesame seeds 1T.
