Shake off the kimchi seasoning and rinse the kimchi in water once.
Cut the kimchi into bite-sized pieces, slice the onion, and thinly slice the green onion.
Add kimchi, 1 cup of water (200ml), 1 tablespoon of vinegar, 1 tablespoon of sugar, and 2 tablespoons of cooking oil to a pan and stir-fry over medium heat.
When the water reduces, add gochugaru 3 tbsp, dark soy sauce 1 tbsp, anchovy fish sauce 1 tbsp, minced garlic 1 tbsp, and corn syrup 1 tbsp, reduce to low heat, and when the kimchi becomes translucent, add the onion and green onion.
Once fully cooked, turn off the heat, add 2 tablespoons of sesame oil, stir, then sprinkle green onions and sesame seeds on top.
