Cut bean sprouts, whole garlic, onion, and baby cabbage into 3-4 sections
In a bowl, mix oyster sauce 1T, dark soy sauce 2T, mirin 2T, a pinch of black pepper, and sugar 0.5T to make the sauce
Add cooking oil 2T to a pan and stir-fry the garlic and onion
Add beef short plate, cabbage, and sauce, and stir-fry until the beef is cooked
Once the beef is cooked, add bean sprouts and stir-fry gently for 2 minutes
