Vigorously rub the dried squid in cold water and quickly rinse 3 times
Add 2T flour to the rinsed squid, scrub thoroughly, and rinse clean
Place the squid in a bowl, cover with enough water to submerge, add 2T vinegar and 100ml soju, soak for 20 minutes, then drain through a sieve
Heat 3T cooking oil in a pan, add thinly sliced garlic and stir-fry until golden brown, then add 1T dark soy sauce, 1T plum syrup, 1T mirin, 0.5T ginger powder, 2T corn syrup, 1T red pepper flakes, and cheongyang chili peppers, then bring the sauce to a boil
Add the soaked squid and stir-fry for 2 minutes, then finish with 0.5T sesame oil and a sprinkle of sesame seeds
