Remove the stems from the shishito peppers and wash thoroughly.
Put the peppers in a bag with glutinous rice flour 2 tbsp and potato starch 2 tbsp, then shake to coat evenly.
Place the peppers in a steamer, and once the steam rises, close the lid and steam for 3 minutes.
While the steamed peppers cool slightly, finely chop the green onion.
Mix minced green onion, brewed soy sauce 4 tbsp, Korean red chili powder 2 tbsp, maesil extract 1 tbsp, oligosaccharide syrup 2 tbsp, minced garlic 1 tbsp, sesame oil 0.5 tbsp, and sesame seeds 1 tbsp to make the sauce.
Toss the steamed peppers with the sauce to coat evenly.
