Thinly slice the radish, then combine radish, salt 0.5T, sugar 2T, and vinegar 4T in a bowl and pickle for 20 minutes
Prepare and trim the vegetables
Mix gochujang 2T, red pepper flakes 2T, vinegar 2T, plum extract 2T, sugar 1T, dark soy sauce 1T, minced garlic 0.5T, and sesame oil 2T in a bowl to make the sauce
Add water 250ml to the pickled radish to finish it
Bring water 1L to a boil, cook thin noodles for 4 minutes, adding cold water each time it boils, then rinse quickly in cold water
Place crumbled frozen dongchimi broth in a bowl, then top with noodles, vegetables, pickled radish, egg, sauce, and sesame seeds
