Place duck meat in a bowl, add 2 tbsp vinegar and toss well.
Prepare onion, king oyster mushrooms, and cheongyang chili peppers into bite-sized pieces.
Peel and blend the Asian pear, then combine with gochujang, red pepper flakes, dark soy sauce, cooking wine, corn syrup, sugar, minced garlic, sesame oil, and black pepper to make the marinade.
Add vegetables to the duck, pour marinade over and massage well, then marinate for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
Cook the meat in a pan over medium heat, stir-frying until fully cooked.
